Is this music really royalty-free?
Yes. You pay once and can use it in monetized content under the included license. No ongoing royalties or reporting.
Can I use it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or podcasts?
Yes. Creator packs are designed for monetized videos, social content, podcasts, and web content.
Can I use the same music as other creators?
Yes. This pack is designed to be used by an unlimited number of creators, without rights conflicts, without Content ID, and without automatic claims, even if the music is used by many channels.
Will I get Content ID or copyright claims?
Default: no. Our creator packs are not enrolled in Content ID (including Meta Rights Manager) and not registered with any PRO (SACEM, BMI, ASCAP, etc.). You must not enroll or register the music yourself.
Can I register this music with SACEM/PRO or enroll it in Content ID?
No. This is strictly forbidden. The license is Non-PRO and No Content ID by design. Enrolling the music in such systems violates the terms.
Can I use the music for client work?
Yes, for a delivered project within a single brand or project. For multi-brand or agency reuse, contact us.
Can I resell, share, or redistribute the music files?
No. You may not resell, redistribute, or upload the music as standalone audio. The music must remain part of your content.
Can I upload the tracks to Spotify or streaming platforms?
No. Creator packs are for content creation, not music distribution.
Can I edit, cut, or loop the music?
Yes. You can edit the music to fit your video/podcast timeline, as long as you follow the license restrictions.
Do I need to credit Khmer Style?
No. Credit is optional unless the product description says otherwise.
Is this music 'copyright-free'?
No. The music is copyrighted and professionally licensed. This protects legitimate buyers and prevents abuse.
AI & Creation Process
Was AI used to create these tracks?
Yes. AI tools were used as part of the creation process, under proper licensing conditions. The tracks are then curated, exported, checked, and licensed by the author. You are not bound by AI platform terms when using this pack.
Why should I buy this instead of generating music myself with AI?
Because this pack saves you time, legal uncertainty, and licensing risk. The tracks are already generated, curated, exported, named, registered for proof of anteriority, and delivered with a clear license. You don’t need to manage AI platform terms, regeneration limits, Content ID risks, or compliance checks.

Do I keep access forever?
Yes. Your license is perpetual (no expiration). Gumroad usually lets you re-download from your purchase email or your Gumroad library while the product remains available.
I lost my download link. What should I do?
First, check your Gumroad purchase email. If you have a Gumroad account, you can also access your purchases from your Gumroad library. If you still can’t access the files, email us.
Can you help restore access if I can’t re-download?
Yes, within reason. Email contact@khmerstyle.fr with your purchase email and an approximate purchase date. If we can confirm the purchase, we’ll help restore access.
Should I back up the files after purchase?
Yes. We recommend downloading and backing up your files (cloud or external drive) after purchase.
What if the product is updated later?
We may add small fixes or improvements. Major updates may be released as a new product. Your original license remains valid for the version you purchased.

Refunds & cancellations
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. Creator Music Packs are sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring fees.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to the files, all sales are final once the files are available for download.
What situations are not eligible for a refund?
We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, unused files, or misunderstanding of the license terms.
Are there any exceptions?
In rare cases, such as duplicate purchases or technical delivery failure, we may review the situation at our discretion.
