What this license is
This is a custom Royalty-Free, Non-PRO Music License for creator use. It allows you to use the music in monetized content without paying ongoing royalties.
What you are allowed to do
- ✓ Use the music in monetized videos and podcasts
- ✓ Use it in client projects within a single brand or project
- ✓ Publish content without paying performance royalties
What you are NOT allowed to do (Prohibited uses)
- ✕ Register the music with any Performing Rights Organization (PRO), including SACEM, BMI, ASCAP, PRS, or any similar rights-collection body
- ✕ Enroll the music in Content ID or any fingerprinting or rights-management system (YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, etc.)
- ✕ Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the music as standalone audio (including music libraries, stock sites, streaming platforms, or file sharing)
Content ID and PRO clarification
All Creator Music Kits are explicitly NON-PRO and NOT enrolled in Content ID. This is a core condition of the license.
