No. We do not register these tracks in YouTube's Content ID or similar automated claim systems. This means you won't receive automated copyright claims from us when you use the music.
What if I receive a copyright claim anyway?
While we don't register our music in Content ID, third-party matches can occasionally occur due to platform algorithms or other rights holders with similar content. Yes. The license covers commercial use, including work for clients, brand content, advertisements, and corporate videos. You don't need to credit Khmer Style in your projects, though we always appreciate it.
Is the music exclusive to me?
No. This is a non-exclusive license, meaning other creators may also purchase and use the same tracks. If you need exclusive rights to specific music, that's a different service—contact us to discuss custom production.
What's your refund policy?
Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds after download. Please preview the tracks before purchasing to ensure they fit your needs. If you experience technical issues with the files themselves, contact us and we'll resolve it.
How do I contact you if I have an issue?
Email us at contact@khmerstyle.fr. We typically respond within 1-2 business days. For claim disputes, include the platform (YouTube/other), the video URL, a screenshot of the claim notice, and your proof of purchase from Gumroad to help us assist you faster.
Do I need to renew the license?
No. This is a one-time purchase with perpetual usage rights. Once you buy the pack, you can use it indefinitely across all your current and future projects without additional fees.
Can I use this music in podcasts or audiobooks?
Yes. The license covers all content creation formats including podcasts, audiobooks, video essays, tutorials, and livestreams. There are no platform restrictions.
Can I register this music with a rights organization or enroll it in Content ID?
No. These Creator Packs are licensed under a Non-PRO, No-Content-ID agreement. You may not register the music with any performing rights organization, collective management entity, publisher, or digital fingerprinting system (including Content ID or similar services). This restriction exists to ensure the music remains safe and conflict-free for all creators using it. If you require registration rights or exclusive control, please contact us to discuss a separate agreement.
What happens if someone violates this license?
Registering the music with a rights organization or enrolling it in a fingerprinting system without authorization is a breach of the license. All works are documented and time-stamped. Unauthorized registration or monetization may result in license termination, removal requests, revenue recovery claims, and legal enforcement where necessary. We reserve all rights as the original rights holder.
Can I share the purchased music pack?
The music pack is licensed to a single creator or business account. You may use the files in your own content and share them internally with your production team (editor, assistant, agency) strictly for creating your content. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the files publicly; share the pack with other creators outside your team; make the files available for download in any form; or include the music in another music pack, template, NFT, or similar product. The license is non-transferable.
